You will act as the face of the store, fostering community loyalty and ensuring every customer experience reflects our brand values.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily store activities, including scheduling, facility standards, and ensuring all opening/closing procedures are executed efficiently.

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for key vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring consistent product availability and quality control.

  • Financial Accountability: Oversee P&L management, including budget tracking, labor cost optimization, reduction of shrink, and achieving revenue growth targets.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of associates, fostering a positive, productive, and safety-conscious work environment.

  • Inventory & Merchandising: Implement merchandising strategies that boost product visibility and drive sales while maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the final point of contact for complex customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and building long-term local loyalty.

  • Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all local, state, and federal health, safety, and operational regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of retail management or account management experience (grocery industry experience is highly preferred).

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Operational Knowledge: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and supply chain logistics.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in POS systems, inventory management software, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).

  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings to support business operations.

  • Reliability: A dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to operational integrity.
