Customer Care

Customer care is the cornerstone of brand loyalty. To ensure a seamless experience, the following protocols are applied:
-
Service Resolution: All inquiries regarding product quality, missing items, or delivery discrepancies must be addressed within 24 business hours. The "Resolution-First" policy mandates that any produce falling below Grade-A quality standards be replaced or refunded without adversarial friction.
-
Engagement Channels: Customers are encouraged to utilize centralized ticketing systems (email or web-portal) for non-urgent requests, while a dedicated hotline remains operational during standard business hours for immediate logistical support.
-
Feedback Loops: Periodic sentiment analysis via post-transaction surveys will be conducted to refine inventory selection based on consumer demand.
Privacy & Data Protection

The digital footprint of the consumer is managed with strict adherence to Data Protection Regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
