About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Manager to oversee the strategy, creation, and distribution of our brand’s digital and physical content. In this role, you will be the voice of CourtHouse Groceries. You will build and execute a content calendar that highlights our fresh produce, local vendor partnerships, community events, and unique grocery offerings. The ideal candidate is a storyteller who understands how to drive engagement across social media, email marketing, and in-store signage to ultimately increase foot traffic and brand loyalty.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and seasonal grocery promotions. Content Creation: Produce high-quality photography, videography, and copy for social media (Instagram, Facebook), our website, and email newsletters.

Community Engagement: Manage our social media presence, responding to community feedback and foster active, positive conversations with local customers. Campaign Management: Coordinate marketing campaigns for store events, holiday sales, and new product launches. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on engagement metrics (reach, click-through rates, conversion) to continuously improve content effectiveness.


Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written communications adhere to the CourtHouse Groceries brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

Requirements Experience: 3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (grocery or retail experience is a major plus). Creative Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software) and professional-grade photography skills.

Communication: Exceptional writing and storytelling ability; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage for our San Antonio demographic.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate social data and customer insights into actionable marketing strategies. Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work independently. Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally visit the store on-site to capture fresh, real-time content of our products and team
