About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and energetic Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our San Antonio location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the store, including financial performance, staff development, inventory management, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service. You will act as the face of the store, ensuring that every customer who walks through our doors has an outstanding experience.

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of retail management experience (grocery experience preferred).
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees.
Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and merchandising strategies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings to meet business needs.
Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining store standards and integrity.
Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day store activities, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a diverse team of associates to foster a productive and positive work culture.
Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee stock levels, vendor relationships, and store displays to ensure optimal product availability and visual appeal.
Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, control labor costs, reduce shrink, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Customer Experience: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance: Ensure all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
